- Evaluate ROI and develop the organization’s long-term AI roadmap aligned with business objectives
Qualifications include:
- Experience in multifamily construction operations
- Working knowledge of Procore / Autodesk / BIM / Bluebeam ecosystems
- Understanding of scheduling, preconstruction workflows, document management, estimating, and development pipelines
- Deep understanding of AI automation opportunities
