Mountain Man Fireplace and Chimney is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team! They will lead and train a team of sales and marketing professionals, supervise daily operations of a retail showroom, as well as evaluate, plan and execute marketing initiatives. They will measure and achieve KPIs in various categories and report to the General Manager.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Certification(s): NFI Hearth Design or Gas or Wood Specialist To be Completed within 8 months of hiring date
Experience:
Management of small teams Preferred in Hearth or HVAC Industry

Able to plan and prioritize in changing conditions/situations
Use of MS Word / Excel

Job Logistics:
Work in Office 5 days per week – approx. 8 hours per day
Drive to homes and offices throughout Denver Metro and Foothills Area (Valid Drivers License)
Essential Functions:
- Organize and prepare sales staff for daily operations
- Coordinate billing/receipts with Office Staff
- Measure / Analyze / Report metrics related to Sales operations
- Support offsite operations
- Creation and measurement of sales & marketing goals
- Completion of performance reviews of department employees
- Continual re-evaluation of marketing spend and appropriate re-allocations
- Onboard New Hires within department
- Provide Performance Reviews to Sales and Marketing Team
- Create Developmental Plans for Underachieving Team Members
- Respond to Customer Concerns and Inquiries
- Support and plan Team Events
- Continually look for process improvement opportunities
- Ensure Safe Work Practices are Always Followed
- Organize and analyze online opportunities
- Plan and implement website development
- Online Reviews -- Acquisition / Management
- Pay-per-click purchase and analysis
- Develop and measure marketing campaigns
- Develop and nurture relationships with Contractors Designers Realtors Insurance Agents Other Trades
- Post-Installation Home Visits
- Spearhead Community involvement
- New Home Buyers Sales
- Lead and Inspire Sales Department
- Supervise Showroom and Sales Associates
- Assist and engage showroom customers / Walk-ins and Appointments
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Store upkeep and maintenance
- Maintain pricing – manufacturer / display signs
- Assume responsibility of proposals that have not advanced
- Completion of In-Home Consultations
- Preparation of Proposals
- Store layout and design
- Post-installation followup calls
- Track and Record Sales KPIs
- Present KPI Data at Weekly Management Accountability Meeting
- Review Sales / IHC Pictures for Quality/Accuracy
- Contact suppliers/customers regarding relevant Parts PPA information
- Contact Customers with PPA information
- Conduct Sales Meetings
- Other duties as requested by General Manager
Compensation:
Direct Pay Salary $1800 / Week
15 Paid Days Off per year
