Full-time second shift 230pm to 1030pm
Part-time second shift 230pm to 1030pm
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on resident care and clinical treatments
Monitor condition changes and document accurately
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families
Qualifications:
Active state license/certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
