Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic in Emmett, Idaho! We are a national leader in clinical excellence with 70 locations and are owned and operated by physical therapists, meaning that every decision made has the patient in mind.

What A Typical Day May Look Like

• Treat 10 patients while serving as the go-to therapist for mentorship and clinical guidance.
• Lead and inspire your team by example.
• Meet with referral sources to build relationships and grow evaluations.
• Partner with Mountain Land’s support departments to handle administrative needs and guide your clinic toward its goals.

Location: Emmett, Idaho

Hours & Benefits: This will be a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with flexible hours depending on clinic needs. You will be eligible for full benefits which includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k with 3% match, 22 - 29 paid days off, wellness incentives, continuing education, as well as several other benefits. Benefits add roughly 30% additional value to the above pay range.

Requirements

• Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).
• 2 years of experience as an outpatient PT.
• Passion for managing a clinic.
