At Mountain Lake Services we believe that people thrive when they are supported in a compassionate, person-centered and trauma-informed environment . We are looking for a Treatment Manager to provide leadership and coordination in our Article 16 clinic.
We are offering a Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule for our Treatment Manager position located in Port Henry, NY.

Work in a collaborative and trauma informed environment providing leadership to the Article 16 treatment team
Coordinate clinical services to ensure timely access to evaluations, therapies and treatment reccomendations
Assist with billing, authorizations, and clinic processes to promote seamless access to care.
Review clinical records and facilitate access to information as requested by individuals receiving services.
Foster a culture of respect, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education; or a license as a Registered Nurse. This is required due to OPWDD Article 16 regulations.
At least one year experience working in a human services setting within an office manager and/or treatment provider role, serving individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Experience with billing processes and regulations preferred.
