What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at Mountain Lake Services?
Actively participates in the development of person-centered supports and services for all. Provides support and oversight on individual goal progress and safety plans and ensures their implementation. Reviews daily program and billing documentation.
Performs annual staff evaluations to ensure staff training requirements are met. Provide coaching, training, development, and feedback to the Direct Support Professionals under their supervision.
Assist with management duties and tasks throughout the region in the absence of other Managers at their assigned locations.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in the Human Service Field. At least 2 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services.

High School Diploma with 5 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree with 1 year supervisory experience required.
