Experienced Residential Cleaner - $30-$40/h

Job description:

Experienced Residential House Cleaner – $30–$40/hr

Mountain House Cleaning | Asheville, NC | Part-time with opportunity for full-time

Mountain House Cleaning is a small, established residential cleaning business with loyal, recurring clients. I'm looking for an experienced, dependable house cleaner who takes pride in their work and can consistently deliver a high standard of cleaning.

This position is for an experienced professional cleaner, not an entry-level applicant. I'm looking for someone who already understands residential cleaning, works efficiently, pays attention to the little details, and can work independently without needing step-by-step instruction.

What I'm Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
• Experience with both routine maintenance cleans and deep cleans
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Comfortable receiving feedback and maintaining consistent quality
• Reliable transportation to jobs throughout the Asheville area
• Friendly and respectful when interacting with clients

English is not required for this position.

Pay & What I Offer

• $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability
• Part-time work a few days per week, typically around 9 AM–2 PM when working with me
• Flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to build toward full-time hours
• Consistent work with established, loyal clients
• A small business with a personal, supportive working environment
• Professional equipment provided, including a Miele vacuum, Bona mop
• Long-term growth opportunities for the right person

I'm looking for someone who wants steady work and takes pride in leaving every home genuinely clean. Quality, efficiency, reliability, and attention to detail are important in this role.

Before Applying

Please apply only if you have professional experience cleaning other people's homes for pay. This is not a position for someone looking to learn residential cleaning from scratch.

Qualified applicants may be invited to complete a paid practical cleaning assessment to demonstrate their skills and attention to detail.

To Apply

Please send me a message answering the following questions:

• How many years of professional residential cleaning experience do you have?
• What types of homes and cleaning jobs have you worked on, including deep cleans?
• What was your most recent professional cleaning job, and how long did you work there?
• Are you comfortable cleaning independently and maintaining a consistent standard without direct supervision?
• Do you have your own cleaning supplies? If so, what do you like to use?
• What days are you available, and do you have reliable transportation?

I'm looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, and interested in a long-term position with an established local business.
