- Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming inventory and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records through ongoing cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation processes
- Coordinate the staging, fulfillment, and distribution of materials, equipment, and consignment inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with material procurement and replenishment activities to support operational demands
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely material availability and inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accountability
- Support vehicle inventory management and ensure field personnel are equipped with required materials for scheduled work
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, operational procedures, and inventory control best practices
- Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and inventory performance
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance in accordance with company policies and expectations
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently in a results-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, or material control preferred
- Ability to routinely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
