- Safely transport, set up, and operate specialized equipment, including powerful truck-mounted vacuums, air whips, and rotary brushes.
- Perform thorough cleaning of all supply, return, and main trunk duct lines, removing accumulated dust, debris, allergens, and other contaminants.
- Clean air handling components, including evaporator coils, blower motors, and all register/vent covers, ensuring maximum system efficiency.
- Clearly explain the cleaning process to clients, show them the "before" and "after" results, and address any questions about indoor air quality.
- Follow strict safety protocols and accurately complete all work orders and service reports.
- Comfortable operating and maintaining complex machinery (truck-mounted vacuums and cleaning tools). Previous experience with power tools or in a hands-on trade is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results driven in a high-energy environment, while mainting attention to detail
- Must have an active driver's license and be comfortable driving and parking a company service vehicle
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Able to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs), climb ladders, and maneuver in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces, utility closets) for extended periods.
