Property Manager (Hospitality for Private Estates)

MHLM is seeking a Property Manager for Private Estates in Big Sky, MT.

Combining hospitality, concierge-level service, and property management, this position offers the opportunity to create exceptional homeowner experiences through proactive communication, thoughtful planning, managing and coaching staff, and meticulous attention to detail.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Property Manager works as part of the team to successfully complete the day-to-day management, operations, maintenance and upkeep of homes on behalf of Mountain High Life Management. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, clients receive excellent service, and operations run efficiently while protecting the value and integrity of the property. This manager is also responsible for team management and company operations to provide excellent hospitality for all clientele and their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and property care
• Directly oversees, leads, coaches, and trains Maintenance & Facilities Technicians, Property Management team members, and Laborers
• Support cleaning, concierge, and logistics services
• Assist with coordinating company operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Uphold the highest standards for all managed properties
• Ensure the security, safety, functionality, and hospitality needs of each home are met
• Field calls from Yellowstone Club security and delegate as needed
• Be informed and prepared to implement emergency procedures for each property
• Manage contractors and vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality service
• Ensure proper planning and execution of company maintenance protocols
• Manage and inspect as needed: Mechanical Systems, O, audio/visual, security, and subcontract with vendors
• Manage and execute weekly, quarterly, annual, and bi-annual property maintenance schedules
• Conduct and document regular property inspections
• Monitor vendor invoicing
• Monitor seasonal needs including landscaping, and firewood, etc.
• Uphold company mission statement and core values at all times
• Regularly report to Management on project status and completion

• Weekend and holiday availability as needed
