Overview:
We are seeking skilled and passionate Ice Cream Crew Members to join our team. As a member of the Crew, you will be responsible for serving delicious and high-quality ice cream, sweets, and other grab and go food products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have a love of ice cream, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and believe in bringing a little bit of joy to everyone they serve.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be a great Crew Member (work well with others)
- Do your part (be aware of what is needed, clean-up, and show-up for yourself and others)
The technical aspects of the job:
- Operate soft-serve ice cream equipment
- Add mix-ins, toppings, and flavors to create unique soft-serve treats
- Make sure that supplies and ingredients are filled and accessible
- Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
Experience & Qualificiations:
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Proven self-starter and commitment to getting things done
