We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our construction/rental business. This role has a strong focus on bookkeeping (QuickBooks Enterprise), financial organization, and operational support. You will work directly with the office manager & the vice president of operations and play a key role in setting up files for new & ongoing projects, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, be familiar with contracts, project certificates of insurance, location licensing, etc. This is a small family-owned business that has been in business since 1986. This is a part-time position with potential to advance.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
