Level III Commissioned Security Officers

Kinetic Momentum Force LP is building its 2026 roster and seeking highly qualified Level III Commissioned Security Officers for upcoming assignments across multiple operational divisions. This role is essential to maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in professional security operations, conflict management, surveillance, law enforcement, military service, or related protective fields. Officers will apply their training in dynamic settings while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and accountability.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations involving First Aid or CPR
• Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, including de-escalation and clear communication
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary and support incident-related investigations
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and documentation through approved reporting systems
• Provide strong customer service while maintaining command presence and vigilance

Requirements

• Valid Level III Commissioned Security Officer license (Texas DPS)
• Prior experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service preferred
• DD-214 required for prior military
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and minimal supervision
• Adequate physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to emergencies.
