Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Complete specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance as needed
- Handle laundry duties for residential and hospitality clients, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and courteously with clients
- Assist with custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and restocking supplies
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning equipment and products
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Must be willing to travel between client locations and run occasional client errands
- Run occasional errands for clients, including grocery shopping and supply pickup when requested
- Must be able to pass a background check
