Duties
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by managing stock and ensuring products are well-organized.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to support customers with their vehicle needs.
- Operate cash registers efficiently while processing transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects the professionalism of the dealership.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with parts is preffered but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking inventory and sales data is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- A background in sales or customer service will be beneficial for this role.
