General Purpose
To provide primary health care services including well care and prevention/management of pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Seeking a provider for .5 FTE (2 days/week).
Job Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved medical school.
- Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. If Board-eligible, must become board certified within 12 months.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum three (3) years in a Pediatric setting preferred.
- PALS Certification preferred and BLS required.
Salary: $102,000 to $113,800 for a 0.50 FTE.
