Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of Medical/Nursing Home/Home Care experience preferred
1-3 years of Electronic Health Records Experience preferred
Spanish speaking required

General Purpose
Under medical/nursing supervision, assist provider and nursing staff in the delivery of health care services; perform related duties as required.
Job Qualifications:
Salary: $21 to $23.54 per hour; DOQ
