Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage services tailored to each guest's individual needs.
- Perform relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal (if certified), and other massage services.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room before and after each service.
- Communicate professionally with guests and fellow team members.
- Follow all Tennessee licensing regulations and Mountain Escape Luxury Spa & Boutique policies and procedures.
- Assist with light spa housekeeping duties, including laundry, to help maintain smooth spa operations.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Massage Therapy License in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional guest care.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Previous spa experience is preferred but not required.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. We provide comprehensive training and a structured onboarding program to support you in building confidence and success in a luxury spa environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based compensation starting at 30% of service revenue, equating to $39–$90 per massage depending on the service and duration.
- Keep 100% of your gratuities, providing additional earning potential.
- Hourly pay: Earn $15.00 per hour for non-booked time while performing assigned spa responsibilities, including laundry, and other light operational duties.
