We're looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead paving crews and oversee projects ranging from highways and commercial parking lots to municipal streets and airport surfaces. If you're a hands-on leader who values safety, quality, and production, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a crew of 7-14 paving professionals
• Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
• Coordinate paving operations, trucking logistics, and daily production
• Monitor schedules, productivity, and job cost performance
• Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and crew performance

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of asphalt paving experience
• Foreman, lead, or crew supervision experience preferred
• Commercial/private paving and M.O.T. experience
• Strong knowledge of paving operations and jobsite logistics
• Ability to read plans, manage production, and maintain records
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform the physical demands of a construction environment, including lifting up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
