Accounting firm is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support the partners. Responsibilities include:-Assisting with sales and client relations -Managing calendars and communications-Office admin, such as processing paperwork and client onboarding -Assisting with billing, collections, and other bookkeeping related tasksThe ideal candidate possesses:-Meticulous attention to detail-A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset-A strong sense of ownership and accountability-Prior executive assistant/office administrator experience some bookkeeping experience Prior executive and/or office admin experience is required. Bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred (but not required). This is a full-time, in-office role (Brooklyn Square).This role is not for "client work" (bookkeeping/tax returns for our clients). It *is* a role for someone who enjoys working on many different types of tasks in a great office environment.
Salary : $20 - $40
