We're looking for a Customer Experience Champion (aka "The One Who Makes Everyone Feel Awesome") to join our team. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the welcoming face in the office, and the go-to person for our amazing customers.
Responsibilities
- Be the Ultimate Customer Champion: You'll be the first line of contact for our customers, answering calls and emails with a friendly and helpful attitude. Making people feel right at home is your sweet spot. Scheduling appointments and keeping everyone organized is your superpower! You'll be a communication pro, keeping our customers informed and happy through phone calls, emails, and texts.
- Support Our Sales Superstars: You'll be the backbone of our sales team. Think of yourself as the master coordinator, their ultimate schedule keeper, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Own the Admin Universe: From data entry to warranty registration, you'll be the master of all things admin. You'll keep our office organized, our files in order, and our supplies stocked. You'll even dive into the world of accounts receivable, tackling invoicing, collections, and job costing like a pro.
- Build a Winning Team: You'll play a key role in creating a positive and fun work environment by planning and organizing team events and celebrations.
