What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Clinic Coordinator position at Mountain Comprehensive Care Center?
Mountain Comprehensive Care Center is hiring for an Outpatient Clinic Coordinator for the Owensboro Outpatient Clinic.
PURPOSE: To provide administrative and clinical supervision to outpatient and school based behavioral health staff. Must have minimum of a master’s degree and KY state license as LCSW, LPC, or LPCC.
PREFERRED QUALIFICIATIONS: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in behavioral sciences. Preference given for candidates with license in their respective field and who are in good standing with their licensing board. Must have a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to assess and evaluate the needs of people with diverse diagnosis. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have the ability to advocate for service improvements within and outside the agency. Knowledge of rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to the care and treatment of people with behavioral health concerns is required.
