Are you a passionate dental hygienist committed to making a difference? Mountain Community Health is looking for an enthusiastic, patient-centered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As an FQHC in the heart of Bristol, VT, we provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of their ability to pay. What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing, as well as oral health education for patients.
• Partner with our dental team to develop and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures to improve long-term oral health.
• Ensure patient comfort and build lasting, trust-based relationships, especially with underserved and vulnerable populations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support overall patient care coordination.

  Schedule

• Clinic hours are Monday to Friday (8-4) - no evenings or weekends 
• Full-time preferred, part-time considered
• In-person work location at our clinic in Bristol

 What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Vermont.
• Passion for working with diverse patient populations and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate patients on oral health practices effectively.
• Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to patient care.
• Ability to administer anesthetic preferred
