Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently managing and maintaining the property assets, carry out maintenance on the site(s), and within budget.
- Assisting guests with their requests, resolving complaints, with strong focus on guest experience.
- Ensuring the implementation of effective systems and operational procedures, including occupational health and safety practices and checklists.
- Assist with traffic control within sites and guide guests through parking areas.
- Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays.
- Staff management.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in recreation site management.
- Proficiency in Google applications.
- Extensive knowledge of ground maintenance, park operations, occupational hazards, and safety precautions
- Ability to coach and lead staff.
- Knowledgeable about the operation of site maintenance equipment and tools.
