Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver ski/snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels in a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate proper ski/snowboarding techniques and offer corrective advice tailored to each guest's abilities.
- Monitor the ski/snowboarding equipment for safety and proper fit.
- Maintain a safe and effective learning environment and adhere to resort guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities is preferred.
- Skill in providing expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Available to work on weekends and holidays.
