Food Service Worker – Winter 2025/2026
Location: Brian Head Resort | Department: Food & Beverage
Type: Seasonal | Start Date: November 2025 | End Date: April 2026

As a Food Service Worker, you’ll help serve guests in Resort cafeterias and grab-and-go locations. From prepping food to keeping things clean and restocked, you’ll play a key role in keeping our guests fed and ready for the slopes.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist guests with a positive attitude and speedy service.
- Help with food prep like portioning, assembling meals, and heating items.
- Restock condiments, utensils, beverages, and grab-and-go items.
- Maintain cleanliness in food prep and dining areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work closely with cooks, servers, and team members to keep the line flowing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Has or can obtain a current food handler’s card.
- Has food service or customer service experience (preferred, not required).
- Is dependable, friendly, and team-oriented.
- Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
