Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist and direct guests on and off chairlifts in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, using excellent guest service skills
- Check all guests boarding the lift for a valid ticket or pass using a scanner
- Maintain the loading/unloading ramps and lift line areas
- Organize lift lines
- Operate machinery and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Assist in emergency situations as required, such as lift evacuations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must know how to operate basic machinery
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays and required
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing 50 lbs
- Must be able to work for an extended period of time in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to work at high altitudes for an extended period of time
