POSITION PURPOSE: Preparation, storage and management of food. To maintain the kitchen as needed. To participate in the general upkeep and cleanliness of the restaurant, bar, guest areas, restrooms and kitchen. To facilitate excellent customer service at all times. To do whatever it takes to promote the best interest of the business as it pertains to the food and beverage department(s).
