What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Advocate position at Mountain CAP of West Virginia, Inc., A CDC?
At Mountain CAP of WV, Inc., a CDC, Child Advocacy Center, we are seeking a Family Advocate to work with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams, while also performing office assistant duties. This is a full-time, in-office, benefited position.
Minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in office setting and/or with children/families
- At least 21 years of age
- Successful completion of CIB and Child/Adult Abuse and Neglect Registry Checks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be organized, efficient, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
- Health insurance billing experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
