What are the responsibilities and job description for the Alternative Family Living (AFL) Provider position at Mountain Area Community Services (MACS)?
Mountain Area Community Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual or a long term/domesticated partnership to provide alternative living services for a young adult male with I/DD, Services are provided 24 hours a day out of your own home.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or comparable experience (Minimum of 3 years I/DD experience)
- Residence in Buncombe County area preferred, though other nearby counties in WNC would be considered
- Valid Driver’s License with Current Vehicle insurance
- Clean Driving record
To help offer you the tools to succeed, MACS also offers paid training such as CPR & First Aid, NCI etc.
