Business Cash Management Specialist Job ID: R19217 Mar 04, 2026 Branch and Member Services Full time Sandy / USA Description Collaborates with Mountain America Business Members and internal credit union employees to deliver operational support for Business Services, encompassing applications and cash management services. LOCATION MACU Footprint States AZ, NV, ID, MT Mountain America Center 9800 S Monroe St Sandy, UT 84070 SCHEDULE Full time; Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm Rotating Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully. Partners with branch and corporate personnel to provide timely, accurate and quality service for Business Services members. Provides operational support for all cash management services. Underwrites all applications for business services cash management services. Assists cash management members with various systems used to submit ACH files, online wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and positive pay. Member assistance with system issues is required. This requires a functional knowledge of the cash management systems but also the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues with the system. Members may at times need assistance with their systems in order to install or troubleshoot reasons for applications not functioning as expected. Identifies opportunities and makes referrals within the credit union and to SBA Department, Commercial Real Estate and Mortgage department. Familiar with department procedures and ability to explain to members and internal employees the reasons behind them. Complies with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC (funds availability), Regulation DD (TIS) and other regulations as required by law as it relates to his/her position. Experience One to three years of similar or related experience Education Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred Licenses, Certificates, Registrations n/a Computer/Office Equipment Skills Type a minimum of 35 words per minute. Basic computer operating skills (windows navigation, mouse/keyboard functionality) Intermediate to advanced level skill for Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Managerial Responsibility Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities Language Skills Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form. Other Skills and Abilities General computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and Outlook. Ability to understand financial statement analysis (income statement and balance sheet) and cash flow. Ability to communicate effectively and gain confidence of people. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Ability to make solicitation calls on the phone.
