Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Experience in customer service, lead coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services is a plus.
- Familiarity with permitting processes and local regulations.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Lead Coordination & Client Engagement:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads via phone, email, and web inquiries.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for estimators or service teams.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details, follow-ups, and status changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and follow-through.
- Track lead conversion metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Administrative Support (Varied & Evolving):
- Perform a variety of changing administrative tasks to support client intake and operational needs.
- Coordinate and submit permit applications for HVAC and other home service projects.
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and internal communications as needed.
- Stay flexible and responsive to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
