Your Role:
Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for residents in our skilled nursing facility
Delegate and supervise the administration of medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with physician orders and nursing standards
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
Monitor resident conditions, including changes in vital signs or behavior, and promptly communicate concerns to the Director of Nursing and healthcare providers
Promote a culture of restorative care, encouraging resident independence and overall well-being
Oversee and ensure accurate, timely documentation of all nursing care and interventions
Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff to maintain a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment
Uphold facility protocols and safety standards, ensuring the comfort and protection of all residents
Foster an environment of continuous learning, professional development, and quality improvement
Who We’re Looking For:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification in the state of Illinois
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care
Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality care
