We are currently seeking an Assisted Living Facility Administrator for an immediate hire opportunity.
Role Description
This is an on-site Assisted Living Administrator role located in DeLand, FL. The Administrator will oversee daily facility operations, maintain compliance with Florida ALF regulations, support staff management, coordinate resident care, and help foster a warm and resident-focused environment.
This position offers flexibility in scheduling, including days and hours worked, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced administrators seeking either full-time or flexible arrangements.
Compensation

Qualifications
Required:
- Active Florida ALF Administrator/Core Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an ALF Administrator
- Knowledge of Florida ALF regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage staff, resident relations, and daily operations effectively
Preferred (Not Required):
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related healthcare field
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care environments
