About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Mount View Assisted Living. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our residents. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that meals are served promptly and accurately. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and take their orders
- Serve meals promptly and accurately
- Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
Skills:
As a Server, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service to our residents. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail will be essential to ensuring that meals are served promptly and accurately. You will also use your cash handling skills to process transactions and your ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas. Experience working with seniors and a food handler's permit are preferred but not required.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
