Title: Accountant
Department: Administration
Qualifications: 1. Office experience that includes Excel. Experience with QuickBooks Online software.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or relevant degree.
- A strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Supervision &
Accountability: Works with directions and instructions from Senior Accountant.
Work Area &
Conditions: Works in the Administrative Offices. Will have contact with the Senior Accountant, and at times the Administrator and Department Managers.
Job Summary: The responsibilities of the accountant include auditing documents and preparing things for annual audits. Also work on annual cost reports, 1099’s and Grants.
