Do you have a passion for teaching what you love? Whether it’s hitting the perfect pitch, scoring the winning goal, or guiding a peaceful yoga flow—we’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic Specialists to lead our campers in unforgettable experiences this summer.
At Mount Tom, Specialists are the heart of our activity program. You’ll design and lead your own sessions, working with campers of all ages to build skills, boost confidence, and most of all—have fun!
Current Specialist Openings:
Basketball – Bring your A-game and coach campers in drills, games, and teamwork
Soccer – Run high-energy sessions that keep kids moving, learning, and loving the game
Baseball/Whiffleball – Teach fundamentals and spark a love of America’s pastime
Volleyball – Get campers rallying together on the sand or court
Yoga – Lead calming, creative sessions that help kids connect mind and body
Archery – Teach focus and precision in one of our most unique and loved activities
