Evaluation Period: Annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year. If the student works one semester, the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester.

Description: The Student Experience Co-op will contribute to the Mount’s efforts to attract, engage, and retain engagement through the use of social media, events, and experiences. The co-op will maintain a master calendar of all MSJ events, run the student life Instagram page, and identify opportunities for MSJ students to participate in. This position requires regular consultation with members of the University Communications team and frequent work with other members of the campus community and third-party vendors. Responsibilities:

- Must have an interest in marketing, social media, and content curation.
- Must have a sincere curiosity about how constituents (students, alumni, parents, prospective students) experience the MSJ brand both in-person and online.
- Must have strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Canva, and MSJ Systems such as, but not limited to, ROAR App, SOAR Admin Panel, and Mount Connect.
- Should have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
- Social Media experience preferred through Instagram
