Evaluation Period: Annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year. If the student works one semester, the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester

Purpose of Position: To assist the development director with creating a picture history of our agency, its milestones, and our supporters. Categorize and digitize the photo archive under the guidance of the development director. Assist with creating the written history of the Safety Net Alliance of Northern Kentucky. Assist as needed with donor communications.
Duties
- Assist with filing, typing, and data input.
- Assist with customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Assist staff and volunteers when needed.
- Scan and navigate Microsoft Paint in order to digitize copies of current photos and news articles.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
- Ability to work on own initiative, independently, and to deadlines
- Well organized, punctual, and reliable
- The ability to communicate sensitively and tactfully, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels within the University
- Team-player mentality
- desire to serve/help in a nonprofit setting
- willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, basic math skills.
- Basic customer services skills.
