Position Responsibilities:
· Schedules patient appointments efficiently, ensuring all details are documented correctly and in line with practice policy.
· Records patient demographics and insurance details into the system, following documented procedures.
· Prepares and organizes batches for daily superbills, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy before submission to the billing company.
· Respond incoming calls promptly, ideally by the third ring, ensuring calls are identified, categorized, and forwarded to the appropriate department quickly and accurately
· Ensures that patients complete all required forms accurately and fully before their appointment
Qualifications:
· Front desk experience preferred
· High School Diploma required
· Bilingual required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
