Position Responsibilities:

·       Handles incoming calls promptly, ideally by the third ring, ensuring each call is properly identified, categorized, and directed to the correct department.

·       Efficiently schedules patient appointments, maintaining accurate records in line with practice policies.

·       Verifies that patients complete all necessary forms accurately and thoroughly prior to their appointments.

·       Enters patient demographic and insurance information into the system, following standard procedures.

·       Organizes and prepares daily superbill batches, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate before submission to the billing company.

Qualifications:

·        Front desk experience preferred

·       High School Diploma required

·       Bilingual required

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
