Position Responsabilities:
- Communicates clearly with all coffee shop staff to ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
- Assists the Supervisor continuously with scheduling, training, planning, and overseeing special events as needed.
- Takes prompt action to resolve any operational issues within the coffee shop.
- Supervises cash handling and charges in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Monitors café service for accuracy and timeliness, keeping track of late orders and deliveries.
