Position Responsibilities
- Applies cost-effective methods to minimize waste and properly manage leftovers.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with infection control protocols.
- Monitors food quality throughout service, ensuring proper temperature and timing.
- Evaluates daily menus and order requests to plan and allocate appropriate food quantities.
- Cooks and assembles meals while ensuring compliance with nutritional, hygiene, and safety standards.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Food service experience in a hospital setting preferred
