Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Assistant - Psychiatry - MSW - Full Time/Days

The Transcranial magnetic stimulation assistant will assist with delivery of care at the Mount Sinai Center for Neuromodulator. They will work in a fast-paced environment as part of a multidisciplinary and diverse team. The position will provide experience with innovative techniques, and would thus be well suited to an individual aspiring to graduate studies in a clinical field.

1. Delivery of routine transcranial magnetic stimulation to patients with mental health concerns, under the supervision of the attending physician

2. Coordinating and scheduling patients

3. Advocating on patients' behalf to insurance companies by submitting documentation required for treatment prior authorization

4. Following up with insurance companies regarding the status of prior authorization requests

Compensation

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $20.4566 - $30.685 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
