Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $117000 - $208000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Responsibilities
- Analyze patient experience data from surveys, comments, complaints, focus groups, and direct observations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing hospital leaders and department managers with best practices for enhancing patient experience.
- Develop and implement patient experience training programs in partnership with Talent Development, ensuring sustainability of improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop action plans and service-line-specific strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Communicate and manage improvement initiatives with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Coach frontline teams to adopt a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- This role requires a proactive leader who can drive meaningful improvements in patient experience and staff performance.
- Education: Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience: Five years of healthcare or other type of leadership experience with demonstrated success managing teams, developing and managing projects, and implementing patient experience improvement initiatives in complex environment.
