Job Title: Adjunct Faculty Positions in Microbiology `
Reports To: Chair, Division of Natural Science
Status: Contract, Part-Time
The Natural Science Division at Mount Saint Mary College seeks qualified individuals to teach one or more sections of Microbiology laboratory, beginning Fall 2025, with the possibility of extension to an ongoing basis. This is a one-semester laboratory course that complements our Microbiology lecture course taken by students pursuing a Nursing major. The course meets during the traditional 15-week fall semester, end of August through beginning of December.
Qualifications include: A Master’s degree or higher is required in biology or a related field, or in education. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. All offers of employment are contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
Compensation:
$2640- $3120 per contract.
