Deli Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of our deli department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of food production and inventory control, as well as the ability to maintain a high standard of quality in all deli offerings.

Duties

• Supervise and train deli staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
• Manage food production processes, ensuring that all items are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing waste effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote deli offerings and enhance overall customer experience.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Skills
