Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

Mount Royal Bottle Shoppe is hiring one to four part-time team members for the upcoming school year, depending on applicant availability and store coverage needs.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Process purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Handle cash and credit-card payments, receipts, refunds, and change
- Answer customer questions and help customers locate products
- Restock shelves and keep products organized
- Receive deliveries and assist with merchandising
- Keep checkout counters and store areas clean, stocked, and presentable
- Assist with other store duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Available for some evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks
- Comfortable using basic computer systems; POS training will be provided
- Able to remain on your feet throughout a shift
- Able to lift, carry, and stock cases and other store products
- Retail or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
