About The Role

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor youth, model positive behaviors, and manage crises.
- Facilitate daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills training.
- Support individualized treatment plans and document progress.
- Build trusting relationships and provide emotional stability during challenging moments.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; must be 21 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required.
