Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day academic operations and maintain a secure learning environment.
- Coordinate school routines, including morning and afternoon transitions.
- Lead faculty training programs (ARC/TCI) and support professional development.
- Manage critical incidents, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to academic staff through bi-monthly meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals for program enhancement and improvement.
- Represent Mount Prospect Academy professionally with families and community partners.
- Participate in team meetings, school activities, and field trips.
- Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education or human services.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Special Education services and academic systems.
- Ability to inspire students and faculty daily.
- Must be 21 years old, have reliable transportation, and meet safe driver guidelines.
- Criminal background check required.
